Curriculum
Tinywoods curriculum is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage which provides a framework for the education of pre-school children through to reception age.
Our aim is to provide a programme which meets each child’s individual needs. All children will be involved in exploring the same topic but different activities will be provided which are appropriate to their age, stage and developmental needs. These topics are flexible and may change as the children’s needs do or will become more focused to the children’s interests. All children are supported in developing their potential at their own pace. Learning is very much play-based, adult-led and child initiated. Activities are provided to offer a wide range of experiences from which your child can build and expand their knowledge and skills.
