Handwriting practise

Remind the children that on Friday it is VE day. VE day is a celebration day. Some people celebrate it every year. It marks the end of World War II. This year its is 75 years since World II ended. We are going to plan a party (In our homes/gardens only)

  • Right we are nearly there, it is nearly party day and you have worked super hard to get things prepared! Well done! The last thing that you need to do is to write the labels for your food. Using the templates provided write down labels to go next to your food at the party, so that everyone knows what they will be eating.

You can also try and make place mats for all of your party guests (remember these can only be people or pets living in your home) – Make them VE day themed with lots of flags.
