English This week we are going to be looking at a traditional Fairy Tale, The Princess and the Frog. You can listen to the story here Or log on to OxfordOwl to read the story here (you will need to create a free login if you haven’t already done so). Task: to write your story. Use your plan from yesterday to help you include all the things you wanted. Remember your capital letters, full stops, and adjectives. Can you also include ‘and’ and ‘because’? We have also created an additional list for writing ideas. |

Phonics Read phase 2, phase 3 and phase 5 sounds. Pick a sound from phase 3 or 5. Make a list of as many words as you can with that sound in. Can you write 3 sentences using words that contain your sound. Every day at 10.30am there are live Letters and Sounds phonics lesson. Check them out here. Twinkl is also doing daily lessons, you can look back at all the lessons they have done so far. Check them out here. Have a go at this game Help the Hedgehog. |
