Please note this is a guide of what children will be doing in school, there is no requirement for all of these tasks to be completed each day! Timings are just a guide, do what suits you and your child each day.

Read your reading book!

Activity:  Choose 3 words which are unfamiliar or new to you. Work out their meaning using clues from the text, then check with a partner, family member or dictionary.

Use the reading activity document to record your reading activities for the week.

This week we will be looking at angles. In this lesson, we are going to recognise angles in 2D shapes.

Over the last couple of weeks we have been practising our sewing techniques. Today you are going to make a product. Using old felt or fabric you are going to make a felt keyring. Follow the instructions to create your keyring. Don’t forget to tweet your final products. Follow the links if you need to remind yourself of the different stitches.
