Please note this is a guide of what children will be doing in school, there is no requirement for all of these tasks to be completed each day! Timings are just a guide, do what suits you and your child each day.

Activity:  Make a prediction on what you think will happen next.

Use the reading activity document to record your reading activities for the week.

Maths

This week we will be looking at angles. In this lesson, we are going to revise what we have learnt this week, identifying obtuse and acute angles and we will have a go at drawing angles.

Spelling Practice

Practise writing 10 of the Year 3/ 4 statutory spellings from the Home Learning pack which was sent home, using cursive handwriting.

British Sandwich Week

This week is British National Sandwich week so we would like you to design and make your own healthy sandwich. Ask a grown up to supervise you using any sharp equipment you need. Try and make it as healthy as possible. Share pictures of your sandwich to Twitter.

Go through the PowerPoint on Hadrian’s Wall. Then using the information in the PowerPoint and the Internet create a tourist guide for Hadrian’s Wall.
