Please note this is a guide of what children will be doing in school, there is no requirement for all of these tasks to be completed each day! Timings are just a guide, do what suits you and your child each day.

Read your reading book!

Activity:  Make a prediction on what you think will happen next.

Use the reading activity document to record your reading activities for the week.

Maths

  • Use the link below and complete Summer Term- Week 3 – Lesson 4 on multiplying and dividing by 3.
  • Complete worksheet on multiplying and dividing by 3 and then check your answers. Ask an adult to explain any mistakes.

Spelling Practice

Spellings: words with the short /u/ sound spelt with ‘ou’

Use the Spelling Menu from your Home Learning pack and use one of the activities to practise this week’s spellings!

VE Day celebration week

So far we have learnt songs, a dance and created bunting for our garden party but no party is complete without food! During World War 2 food was heavily rationed, read through the  PowerPoint to learn about rations, so today we want you to follow a wartime recipe and make something you can eat at your garden part. Take lots of pictures and don’t forget to tweet them to us!
